Question 1

How does boarding by the night work?

Accepted Answer

Boarding is a stay that includes at least one night. Your pet sleeps at the sitter's home, or at yours if you choose that modality. It is charged per night: every calendar day change between drop-off and pick-up counts as one night, no matter the exact time of arrival or departure. You arrange the schedule directly with the sitter through our chat.

Question 2

Can I book boarding for several weeks or for a holiday?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is no maximum number of nights. You will see the price per night on every sitter's profile, and the total is calculated automatically once you choose your dates. For long holidays, many clients book 1 to 3 weeks in a row with the same sitter so that the pet gets used to the space.

Question 3

Will my pet interact with other pets during the stay?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the sitter. Each profile shows whether they have pets of their own and whether they let them share the space. If your pet does not socialize well with others, you can choose a sitter who states that they look after one pet at a time. You can also leave a public question on any sitter's profile before booking to clear up any doubt.

Question 4

What does the boarding service include?

Accepted Answer

It includes the full stay, feeding according to the instructions you give, daily walks, play and company. If your pet needs specific medication, you arrange it with the sitter (many are happy to give it). The payment is held and released to the sitter only once the service is finished.
