You search for sitters in your neighborhood, check their profiles and reviews, pick the one you like best and book the dates online. The sitter accepts the request, you pay securely and coordinate drop-off through our chat. It's that simple.
First you request the booking without paying: you choose a sitter, dates and service. The sitter accepts or declines. If they accept, we let you know and only then do you pay to confirm. Once confirmed, you coordinate drop-off and pick-up through the chat. When the service ends, you leave your review and the sitter leaves theirs.
Yes, you need an account to book, chat with the sitter and leave reviews. You sign up in minutes with your email or your Google or Apple account. Creating an account is free and there's no cost until you confirm a booking.
Yes. From the sitter's profile you can tap "Contact" and start a conversation without booking. It's perfect for asking questions, telling them about your pet and checking the chemistry before going ahead.
The price is set by each sitter based on your pet's size and the service: boarding is priced per night and daycare per hour. The price you see on each profile is already the final one and includes our commission, which covers secure payment processing, support and refunds when applicable.
The commission is 12% of the service price and it's already included in the price you see on each profile, so there are no surprises. That commission lets us keep the platform running, process payments securely, provide human support and guarantee refunds when applicable.
No. The price you see on a sitter's profile is already the final one and includes the commission: per night for boarding and per hour for daycare. The only exception is extra boarding hours if you pick up your pet much later than agreed, which are calculated transparently before you pay.
Before they can receive bookings, each sitter validates their identity by uploading their ID (front and back) and a selfie. Only sitters with a verified identity and a complete profile appear in search. On top of that, each profile shows real reviews from other owners.
You pick a sitter with a verified identity, a complete profile and reviews from other owners who already used them. During the service you can chat with the sitter to coordinate and ask for updates whenever you want, and they can send you photos of your pet through the chat. When it ends, you leave your review to help the rest of the community.
If your pet needs care during the service, the sitter commits to contacting you immediately and taking it to the nearest vet. That's why we recommend giving the sitter your trusted vet's details at the start of the service. Veterinary costs are covered by the owner.
You pay with a credit card, debit card or your Mercado Pago account, directly from the platform and securely. There's no need to pay outside of WooF!: doing so leaves you without the protection of held payments or refunds.
The payment is held by WooF! until the service is completed. Only then does the sitter receive their share. This protects both parties: you have the peace of mind that the service is fulfilled, and the sitter the certainty that they'll get paid.
It depends on the timing. If you cancel within 2 hours of making the booking, we refund 100% regardless of the service date. If you cancel more than 12 hours before the service starts, we also refund 100%. With less notice, you get 50%. Once the service has started, cancellations are not allowed.
We refund 100% of the payment automatically and our team helps you find an alternative sitter in your area as fast as possible. If the sitter cancels, it's always a full refund.
Refunds are processed through Mercado Pago. The crediting time depends on your payment method: with a Mercado Pago balance it's usually instant, while with a card it can take a few business days depending on the bank.
Boarding is per night: your pet stays overnight at the sitter's home for one or more days. Daycare is during the day: the sitter looks after it for a few hours while you work or go out, and you pick it up the same day. Each sitter decides which services they offer.
Each sitter sets their own type: they can host your pet at their own home, go to the client's home, or both. In the most common setup, the sitter hosts at their home: you drop the pet off at the start and pick it up when it ends, so it stays in a homely environment with personalized attention.
WooF! operates in Argentina. Search is geographic: we show you verified sitters near you, within roughly a 7 km radius of your location. We're adding sitters in more and more neighborhoods and towns, so coverage keeps growing all the time.

You sign up as a worker, complete your profile (photo, description, area and rates), choose which services you offer and validate your identity by uploading your ID and a selfie. Once verified, your profile appears in search and you start receiving booking requests. Signing up is free.
You need to be of legal age, have an Argentine ID to validate your identity, a suitable space to host pets (if you offer boarding or daycare at home) and a genuine wish to care for them well. No prior professional experience is required, but responsibility and love for animals are.
