Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con Flor! Fue super dulce con Milo, nos mantuvo informados todo el tiempo compartiéndonos fotos y videos. Jugó un montón con él, que es super activo y necesita de mucha actividad, y lo super mimó, ya que también es muy cariñoso y necesita de mucho contacto. Flor estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitaba Milo y nosotros que estábamos dejandolo solo por primera vez desde que lo adoptamos. La próxima volveremos a contactarla sin dudas!!

How reviews work

The mechanism matters more than the average: this is what makes a 4.9 mean something.

Only people who booked can review

The review unlocks when the service ends. A unique link arrives by email and expires after 30 days. There is no way to leave a review without having booked and paid.

Sitters cannot delete reviews

Not even bad ones. All they can request is to take down a photo, because those photos are taken inside their home, and the request is logged and reviewed by the team. Stars and text are never touched.

Reviews go both ways

The owner reviews the sitter and the sitter reviews the owner. Both sides know they will be rated, and that changes how both behave.

The average is not edited

It is calculated from every submitted review, not from a selection. Nobody adjusts the number by hand.

Questions about reviews

Are the reviews on this page real?
Yes, all of them. A review can only be written after a service booked and paid for inside the platform: when it ends, the client gets a unique link by email that expires after 30 days. There is no open form anyone can fill in, so reviews from people who never booked cannot exist.
Can a sitter delete a bad review?
No. They cannot delete it, hide it, or choose which ones show on their profile. All they can request is taking down a photo attached to the review, because those photos are taken inside their home and may show something they would rather not publish. That request is logged under their name and reviewed by the team, and the stars and text are never touched.
When can I leave my review?
When the service ends. The link arrives by email a few minutes later and stays valid for 30 days. If yours expired, write to us and we will look into it.
Why do some sitters have few reviews?
Because they are just starting. A review only appears after a completed service, so a new sitter starts with none, however good they are. That is why the profile also shows other signals: ID-verified identity, real photos of the space, answers to public questions and how many services they completed.
