Frequently asked questions about cat sitters

How much does a cat sitter cost in Argentina?
Cat boarding in Argentina starts at $9,280 per night, with an average starting price of $24,400 across the 437 sitters who offer it. Hourly cat care in Argentina starts at $2,900, with an average starting price of $10,200 across the 587 sitters who offer it. These are final prices with the platform fee already included. If you choose care at your home, a home-visit surcharge applies, so it's worth comparing profiles before booking.
How does cat care work on WooF?
You choose two things separately: the service (boarding per night or daycare per hour) and the type of care (in-home, where the sitter comes to your place to care for your cat, or at the sitter's home, where you bring your cat there). You can combine them however you need. For cats, in-home care is usually the most popular because the cat doesn't leave its environment.
Is in-home care or the sitter's home better for my cat?
It depends on your cat. Most are calmer in their own territory, so in-home care is usually the most comfortable. If your cat is sociable or you'd rather it have company all day at the sitter's home, that works too. Many sitters offer both.
Can the sitter give my cat medication?
Many sitters administer medication. Before booking, leave a public question on their profile to confirm they can and to coordinate the details (times, doses).
How do you verify sitters?
Before showing up in search, each sitter validates their identity by uploading their ID (front and back) and a selfie. Only sitters with a verified identity and a complete profile appear in search. On top of that, each profile shows real reviews from other owners.
